By purchasing, installing, or using any bowstring, cable, or archery related product from DRAGONx Archery the customer acknowleges and agrees to the following terms:

Archery equipment is inherently dangerous and improper use, installation, maintenance, modification, or failure of equipment may result in serious personal injury, property damage, or death. The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of any products manufactured or supplied by DRAGONx Archery. All products are installed and used at the customers own risk. DRAGONx Archery is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or malfuctions arising from:

Improper installation

Improper tuning or setup

Dry Firing

Use with incompatible equipment

Improper maintenance

Wear and tear

Misuse or abuse

Modifications made by customers or third parties

Dragonx Archery makes no guarantees that the use of its products will prevent equipment failure, injury, or damage. No employee, dealer, or representative is authorized to make any verbal warranties beyond what is stated in writing.

To the fullest extent of the law, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless DRAGONx Archery, it's owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or legal actions arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.
